The clean-looking uppers are crafted entirely from synthetics and patent leather, with Nike’s signature Swoosh logo embellished onto each side in jewel form. Beneath the feet, the legendary VaporMax sole is present, offering a fully cushioned sole that’s suited to all sorts of terrains.

The shoe has a lace-up closure system, as well as rubber outsoles that provide traction on a variety of surfaces.

This time, the two models getting the splice treatment are 2006’s iconic Air Max 360 and the boundary-pushing Vapormax – a mix that dropped with an all-black iteration last year, swiftly followed by silver. Stark, shiny iridescence can be seen in the side swoosh, but also subtly through the black patent leather mudguard. Nike has combined two generations of air max technology - air vapormax and air max 360 - to create a new silhouette: air vapormax 360. Inspired by the Air Max 360, the Air Vapormax features a full-lenght foam midsole and Air Sole unit with a breathable synthetic upper, lace up fastening and signature branding to the side and back. The upper is designed with a TPU frame that provides structure and support, while its sole combines the Air Max 360 sole unit with the VaporMax sole technology.
