About this deal

I will preface this by stating that I am new to the frag game but have always been the guy who goes to Ulta/Sephora/TJ Maxx/Marshalls with my wife and is constantly sniffing the testers and trying new scents to find "the one. this is not an aventus clone in any way shape or form its amazing how many reviews are comparing the 2 saying how it's close but not spot on. Because it is less citric, L'Aventure pineapple makes the fragrance slightly sweeter, for me, the ideal would be the fruity part of L'Aventure with the smoky part of the CDNI.

You could say it's in the same fragrance ballpark, but it does not smell the same as Aventus or Explorer. This L'aventure In my opinion is a very nice scent, masculine but not offensive at all, really elegant. Still not a 100% naturally smelling but way, waaay more natural than CDNIM and less sweat than Explorer or Aventus. Curious to see what opinions are of Al Haramain's Intense version of L'Aventure which dropped last year. For me the supremacy silver is the closest and highest quality, then CDNIM and then the Al Haramain L'aventure the original, then this one is the last in terms of quality, performance and closeness to creed.Starting out, this strikes me as being both closer to Aventus than CDNI in some ways, and further away in others. It's been a month since my initial review and I have been wearing L'Adventure in my regular rotation along with Aventus.

It's obviously got some citrus and pineapple but it's got what I can only describe as a glue note in it also but maybe I just need to let it macerate a little bit as you sometimes need to do with these clone brands.I now tested Al Haramain L'aventure Intense and I own CDNIM PP, LE, and EDP, as well as Creed Aventus. Al Haramain L’Aventure Men EDP opens with a moderate projection of slightly sweet, citrus, woody, and resin notes. I treat it as a beater frag and use it for any less formal occasions, also in the winter and it works. Creed has now become Greed and as far as I’m concerned L’Aventure is now absolutely (By Far) the new King.

Step into the world of Haramain L'Aventure Eau de Parfum, where the very name whispers promises of freshness and adventure.L’aventure and CDNIM both smell like the better batches of Aventus that Creed use to make a few years back which is why I own both of them because It’s like owning 2 different batches of Aventus to me lol I love both of these tho. After wearing it a few days after purchasing it I was initially unimpressed, as to my nose it smelled exactly like CDIM.

and yes, the word "intense" on the the front of the bottle is just a cheap sticker put on the original bottle but the juice inside is an "intense" version. It has the most beautiful opening of all the Aventus-y fragrances I own, including Montblanc Explorer. It's hard to argue that, once into the drydown, L'Aventure Intense isn't a very good smelling scent. The synthetic smokiness of the nose destroys the initial feeling of freshness, making the whole composition too exhausting for my nose over time. As the fragrance enters its dry-down, the initial citrus notes start to dissipate; the patchouli adds a soft green and sharp tone.

That slight smokiness will intensify once the bergamot fades into the background and the lemon and elemi mimic pineapple. Sillage barely qualifies as medium, lasts just a few hours, better save your money and don't believe the hype about this.
